Do you do same-day site visits?
The nature of our job requires us to schedule many of our projects in advance of several days to several weeks. That said, we understand that some of our clients may require our services immediately. In instances such as those, we go to great lengths to schedule ourselves at a time most convenient for the client.
How can I get an estimate?
Before offering an estimate for our services, we ask our clients to provide us with as much information as possible about the nature of the project. A site visit is usually done to get the full scope of the job.
Where does the dirt go?
We conduct proper disposal of all unwanted debris, soil, and other excavated materials. Recyclable material will be disposed of at the proper sites.
How do you know how to avoid utilities underground?
We will place the Alberta one call prior to staring the job.
Any disconnecting of services will be the responsibility of the homeowner.
Will there be any damage to my property?
We take precautions to ensure that we only break the ground we intend to break. Our years of experience minimizes liabilities and gives clients peace of mind.
Are you licensed and insured for this work?
Our company has WCB coverage and insurance.
Is my residential project too small for you?
We like to tell our clients that no job is too big or too small for our excavation company. We will inform you of the services available to you during your no-obligation consultation.
